Dan Plotnick is a Principal and founder of Landstar Realty Group and has been instrumental in growing the company into one of Chicago’s most prominent real estate operators. Dan started his career in residential real estate quickly expanding the Landstar portfolio to commercial and multifamily investments. Further to Dan’s expertise in commercial and multifamily investing, he also has extensive knowledge on Section 8 as well as low-income housing tax credit opportunities.
Dan brings more than 30 years of experience to the firm and has been involved in all aspects of real estate varying from the acquisition and disposition process, real estate brokerage, and property management.
Dan is a graduate of the University of Illinois and is a Managing Broker at Landstar Realty Group.

Ricky Jolcover is a leading Vice President of Acquisition at Landstar Realty Group, serving private investors and Landstar Holdings LLC. Ricky specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily buildings, senior Hud buildings, and residential distressed assets. Ricky’s two decades of experience make him an integral part of the Landstar Team.
Throughout Ricky’s career, he closed in excess of $100,000,000 in Real Estate sales and has a created large network within the Chicagoland market. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Ricky was involved in the financial markets as an independent broker at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange successfully trading in the S&P 500 for his own account. Ricky is also a partner in Energy CX energy procurement company located in downtown Chicago.
Ricky holds a Bachelors in Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University .
As VP of Real Estate Acquisitions and Brokerage, Isaac strives on building long-term relationships with Real Estate owners and developers in the multifamily and mixed-use spaces. Isaac’s negotiation skills and ability provide market knowledge and insight has consistently proven to exceed expectations of buyers and owners. Prior to starting with the Landstar Realty Group, Isaac spent time at one of the largest commercial brokerage firms in North America.
Isaac holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Iowa and holds an active real estate license in the state of Illinois.
Hans Hintzen is the co-owner and managing broker of Landstar Realty Group. He has been selling real estate in Chicago and the near north suburbs since 1986. Starting in residential sales, then expanding his business to commercial and apartment buildings, Hans has been a consistent multi-million-dollar producer. Hans grew up in rural Minnesota, received a BA in History from Carlton College in Northfield, MN.
